Who gets a slot? I will not be working on a first-come-first-serve basis, Therefore take all the time to decide on the commission.

 

Can I reserve a slot for the next batch? No. I will be announcing the commission status on twitter or my discord

 

I applied for a slot and got no response? I can only take on a limited number of commissions at a time and as much as I want to accommodate everyone, I will only accept a few clients per batch.

Can you design my Vtuber character? Refer to illustration tab

What is a Body Base? The fully rendered body of the model without the clothing. (Main purpose is additional outfits)

 

DO I have to pay commercial fee for a Vtuber? No. The fee is included.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

• Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed

Artwork for commercial use will incur a higher fee therefore please let me know before the order.

 

• Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, heavy reference from the drawing in any way or use it as assets to your fitting, including the use of the artwork as a "base" or remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Credits to me (©naiichie; ) or a link going back to one of my socials must be  given at all time

• using  my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); is NOT ALLOWED

•  Commissioners can print the art for themselves (not including merch or any ways of profiting from it), and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Art can be used to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

• If the client fails to respond to feedback/revision requests within 5 days, I reserve the right to continue with the project. Continuous non-communication of two weeks will result in the project to be considered finished in its current state and will be sent to the client.

 

•  I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media

unless stated in the request. It may be created on a public platform such as Twitch or discord, unless requested differently by the client.

• Use of art

Illustration for personal use only. Not to be edited, altered, or distributed in any way . The Artist retains all commercial rights to the illustration, which includes but is not limited to: sale of prints or digital products, marketing, or any other merchandise.

 

• You will receive a digital file - No physical items will be delivered.

• My Skebs are excluded from the Communication T.o.S above: For the Skebs there will be no communication throuout the process! I will conact you in the beginning after accepting your request for the payment and once I'm done with your skeb.

 

ACCEPTING COMMISSIONS - SELECTIVELY

Workflow

• Send in the filled form 

•  The form will be almost like a waiting list. I won't be opening or closing commissions.  You will be one of the applicants and If I'm available to work on the commission I will message you directly and ask whether you are still interested in the commission. ( note that sometimes it might take months for me to accept your commission, it doesn't mean that you got rejected.)

• Sketching process will start after you make the payment.

• I will show you the sketch.  during the sketch phase you can change anything as much as you want. ( doesn't apply to SKEB)

• Lineart/Rendering will start if the sketches are confirmed by the commissioner.

• Finished drawing will be sent for final review, you can give one last feedback to tweak little things.

• After everything is approved, I will send you a  wetransfer link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork.

 

 

COMMUNICATION

I am unable to type due to the same condition mentioned above. Because I will be using speech to text for our communication, I apologize if I appear cold or distant. My communication is limited, but I'll make absolutely sure we communicate about all of the information required for me to complete your commission in the best way possible.

If you prefer I am willing to communicate about the information via call.

 

 

REFUNDS

• Refunds are accepted. Only if your commission has not been started yet. No refunds accepted afterwards.

REVISIONS

​

• I'll keep the project open for final adjustments for a week after I deliver the completed project. Revision requests from the customer should be sent over DMs going forward.

 

• Once the artwork is complete, I can make minor modifications to the colors or add any other elements I might have missed.

 

• Only if I made a mistake in the final product would I make modifications (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).

 

• After this time, revision requests will be treated as "upgrade" projects and will be processed and planned accordingly. you must make sure your order has all the information you want me to use.

• My Skebs are excluded from the Peoject Delivery and Revision T.o.S above: For the Skebs there willbe no revisions.

• I may choose to revise these terms from time to time at any point.

• By continuing to use my art and other project deliverables and services, the client agrees to be bound by the revised Terms.

• Duration (turnaround): the deadline for commission is 2-12 months starting from the day of payment.

 

 

PAYMENT

• Payments via PayPal and STRIPE only (invoice)

  • 100% Payment Upfront

  • Illustration tier/ VTUBER 50%-100% Payment upfront

IMPORTANT

 

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece.
• I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.
• I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
• Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

 

OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS

• Rush fee +50$~ 200$ (FOR VTUBER)

• Working on a commission privately ( not being allowed to stream) +200$​​
